Our Business We are an alpaca farm located in the middle of the Kansas heartland 19 miles east
of McPherson Ks. Our business is to raise, board and breed high quality alpacas. Our farm layout includes a large barn with two stable areas on either side. Females are
housed on one side and males on the other. Each stable area has adjoining pens with fencing consisting of five foot,
2X4 wire around the entire pen area. We have a
total of 7 different pen areas, allowing us to rotate pens often, providing the animals green pasture during the
breeding season.

Welcome to Prairie Wind Alpaca Farm Even though we are new to the business of
raising alpacas, we have spent the last year and a half planning and building a safe and friendly farm for our animals.
We believe that owning any animal is a huge responsibility!! When we decided to start this business, we put a priority
on fencing and housing in the safest manner possible. It is our intention to raise quality animals for sale and provide
a safe and happy environment for boarding and breeding other alpacas. We welcome visitors to our farm,(appointment
